You guys make these moved look easy. I am following you guys and trying to do some of these moves, run in place, double unders, knee highs, side to side, and back and forth. Those are the only ones I can do, but I still trip on them most of the time. Still trying. You guys are great, I love you channel.

I really enjoy basketball, specially when I play with my brother. Nevertheless, I noticed that he could jump higher than me. I seek guides all over the net, used them but found no good results. Fortunately, I stumbled up on this, a program for vertical jump. I have seen a few changes in my jump and continue to see advancements. I found this jump guide by Google. Its name is Julian Jumρosen
