Today’s Workout:

90 seconds – warm up (jumping jacks, air squats and front lunges)
15 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – side straddle
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – high knees
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – fast skip
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – double unders
30 rest rest
30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – side straddle
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – high knees
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – fast skip
10 second rest
30 seconds – jump rope – double unders

  1. Hey I also became a jump rope dude 2 years back and manage to cut down my weight from 97 to 75 but with only regular bounce…really working hard to learn more tricks for more benefits…love and support from @anexceptionaljourney

  4. You guys make these moved look easy. I am following you guys and trying to do some of these moves, run in place, double unders, knee highs, side to side, and back and forth. Those are the only ones I can do, but I still trip on them most of the time. Still trying. You guys are great, I love you channel.

  5. I really enjoy basketball, specially when I play with my brother. Nevertheless, I noticed that he could jump higher than me. I seek guides all over the net, used them but found no good results. Fortunately, I stumbled up on this, a program for vertical jump. I have seen a few changes in my jump and continue to see advancements. I found this jump guide by Google. Its name is Julian Jumρosen
