  1. I can't do the one over my head…I'd be at the chiro tomorrow…hopefully I can get results without that one…QUESTION…di you ever in your life weigh 100 lbs? lol

  2. Beth, I am not writing this to criticize you. I think that you're in great shape and are a very attractive and fit woman. However, I think I should mention a couple of things. During the exercises at times, you're swinging the weights and trying to using momentum to assist in lifting the weights. This means you're straining because the weights are too heavy for you. (Movements should always be slow and deliberate keeping good posture and not straining). You are also swaying backwards at times in order to make it easier to lift the weights. So again, you're straining. This causes the exercise to be less effective. Proper form is the most important thing for maximum effectiveness. So if you have to go down to a lighter weight, it's much better than to struggle with a heavier one. When you do that you do that, you will still get good results. (As a sidenote, I used to be a professional trainer and you've motivated me to start exercising again, so thanks for the video).

  3. Beth I am curious about your arms. Did you have bat wings before you started this workout? I am doing your same program with 3 days of lower body and 2 days of the arm workout. On weekends I do some walking and cardio. I have awful bat wings and I am hoping this workout will help. I am one month into the program so far. Up to this point I feel stronger. My 10lb weights now feel lighter than when I first started. I still have bat wings, but I am hoping to be rid of the after 6 months. When I do the arm workout I do 3 sets of each of the exercises. Now I am increasing it to 15 reps instead of 12. I need to buy heavier weights. Can you tell me if the lower part (underside) of your arms were flapping? Or if anyone else can respond and tell me if they have noticed if their bat wings are gone.

  5. Great video,Thank you fairly new on your channel. I feel out of shape and moved to Fl trying to eat very healthy and doing a bit of exercise. I have a bad knee so Iam limited .

  6. How long before you could do 15-pound weights, Beth? I am your age and find it hard to bump up the weights without injuring my tendons. I wish you would mention how to workout without becoming injured more in your videos, as it's so easy to do at our age.
