I have had several people ask for me to share details of my arm toning workout. My arm workout takes just ten minutes and I do it three times a week. It’s just four simple exercises that really tone up the biceps and triceps.

Thank you, love your up beat delivery. I am 69, work out 4-5 times weekly, mostly 4. I do cardio and strength train. I have been doing 30 minute cardio, then strength train. It does take alot of time. Last week, I've changed it up, 30-45 minute cardio only, the next day all strength training, upper and lower body, next day only cardio, then Saturday, everything. I kind of like it.
I can't say that I love working out, but only do what I have to do. I also track in my weekly calendar book the days I work out. Being able to reflect back weekly, keeps me regimented and committed.
I've always worked out, it's a great payoff. Absolutely no signs of arthritis in my knees.
I'm going to do this workout because the bat wing look is there, so I gotta work hard.

In fairness, your body type is the reason your arms and legs remain lean, the "apple" body type. Your challenge is keeping your torso slimmed down. You've done a great job making the most of your body type.
