About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. Sheโ€™s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldnโ€™t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelynโ€™s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

  1. Hi Jacquelyn, I did this finally this morning. It felt good and Iโ€™m going to try a few more to get my flexibility back where it belongs. You mentioned a discount code for the Brentwood Home Bolster. Is that still available? Iโ€™d love to have one since on a few of your other videos (the splits one), Iโ€™ve used actually a very nice Berkshire throw pillow. I just think the bolster might be better for anything involving my neck as Iโ€™m having pain and cervicogenic headaches. Iโ€™m starting PT for that on 3/1, but I definitely want to get into one of your 20 minute yoga videos. No big deal if itโ€™s not available! Thank you for being a great instructor, inspiration and providing us with these videos! Jacqueline with an I for me lol.

    And I wanted to ask you if you could possibly make a video that is the most intense and powerful stretches for lengthening the body "especially the legs" but the whole body ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿง˜

  4. I did this one yesterday in the app calendar and it felt SO good. I probably wouldnโ€™t stretch at all if it werenโ€™t for you! Also-todayโ€™s calendar workout was probably the hardest thing Iโ€™ve ever done ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ drenched in sweat after. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!
