About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

  1. I've been bringing my 3lb dumbbells with me to work lately so when I have extra time on my lunch, I can do this workout because it's become one of my favorites! My fiance said my arms are looking strong and toned! I had him do it with 5 lb weights and he kept saying "it burns!!" Thank you for this, even though it was 2 years ago! And congrats on your little girl! My sister just had her first baby and it's a girl named Addison!

  2. I have to say this might be my favorite arm workout. The music can drive you crazy but it’s great that you don’t need volume and can use any music you want in the background

  3. @action Jackulyn, the routine looks easy enough. So I just started doing them 15 minutes ago, the burn kicked in extensively at the 7 minute marker, so I'm taking this rest to let you know that I'm working with you. I sure want to continue daily with the routine. Hopefully again early AM.

  4. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and I sure wish I could post photos!!! I take one after each time I do this video. My results are crazy! AND I’m creeping 50. My arms were loose and flabby and man, what a difference 15 workouts have done! I wanna show somebody!! Lol! Thank you so much! I love this video! 😊❤️

  5. So good!! I'm really enjoying alternating this set with your other 14 minute arms series. I'm definitely feeling stronger!! The hardest for me is the outward pulses going from the side to the front and back to the side/back. Especially at nearly through the series. Great stuff to aspire to!
