15 Min Standing Barre Abs Workout (Intense & No Equipment)

We will be chiseling our entire core in this 15 minute intense standing abs workout with light 3 lb hand weights (not required). Alongside the abs and core are the shoulders, arms, chest and back, so we’ll be getting a great upper body workout too! We will do 26 exercises, for 30 seconds each, no repeats!

A few tips to get the most out of this workout:
-If you are a total beginner, do this a few times without the hand weights, then add them in as you get stronger
-Keep your core tight throughout to protect your back
-Do this workout 3x/week for best results!

About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks.   2. Hi – my daughter introduced me to your videos. Love the barre arms so thought I’d try your other workouts. Really good. I can’t go too deep on the squats – bad knees and just hit 60 but I can adapt. So great discovery
