  1. Hi Mira, I'm new to your channel and I wanted to thank you for your amazing vids!! I've recently learned that I have cervical spondylosis & cervical stenosis , so I've been searching for a program to correct my posture and ease the aches and pains. This is a great start and this does really help. I'm wondering if I should do this workout daily until I get stronger and have more ROM or should I do your whole program for posture? Thank you!

  2. Your videos are literal medicine for my body. I had low back pain last month and your low back exercises have been helping so much. I woke up with intense neck pain this morning and I can feel the strengthening in my body that is needed to get my neck back into alignment. Thank you.

  3. I did this today after the class for lower back pain and it was really effective for my whole spine! Full disclosure: I simply lifted (and carried!) my new granddaughter (over 7 kgs) in her carry cot (heavier than I thought) too quickly on Christmas Day, resulting in bad lumbar trauma. You are helping me with my PT from day to day now. Thank you!

  4. I was desperate for someone to relieve my upper back and neck pain from FHP. I have EDS. This really helped! I find it hard to actually stretch my chest due to my shoulder hyper mobility. The chest stretch on the foam roller really got it! Thank you!
