  3. Just recently found your page and i love what you do! Finally workouts i can almost all do. Small side note do this workout, my physical therapists recommended a more active warmup and not stretch cold muscles before a workout. So i just do another video with an active warmup and then do this workout. Thanks for the amazing help for people with chronic illness!💕

  4. Fully half of this is on the floor. With limited back flexibility and no ability to sit with my feet crossed this was not the routine foe me. I did try to adapt it but just ended up in pain. Too bad because the first half was great!

  5. I just found this after so much grieving (I was once a 4x week lifter) of losing that movement, and anytime I’d try to get back to it it would just DESTROY me. Would you be willing to make more like this? We are in serious need of more of these resources, I was diagnosed with fibro at 24 y/o, 28 now

  8. I recently discovered your channel and I’m so happy I did. Having Fibromyalgia and arthritis of the spine exercise is really important but also really hard to do. Your exercises help me workout while taking my fatigue and pain into account. You also have a very pleasant voice and general demeanor. Keep up the good work!
