About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

  3. Thank you for this awesome video. I have always done some sort of exercise, including yoga, Pilates, dance, and barre. I recently had two surgeries and was unable to exercise for five months. I’m slowly getting back. At almost 60 it’s not easy, but this was perfect. Challenging, but gentle enough for someone who’s starting over. I have subscribed and look forward to more of you awesome videos. Thank you Jacqueline!🙏

  5. I'm a guy and love your work outs. It's because of the grace you put into your form, it's because of the focus on balance and the smaller muscles which are sometimes missed in mostly male work outs. Even back in the 70's and 80's some pro NFL athletes were doing ballet behind the scenes for the balance and flexibility. I can really see the difference in my athletic performance just like the greats did back in the day. Great work out and thanks for the training.
