About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

  2. Who woulda thought ballet could burn like this! Been doing A.J.’s workouts for a bit now and love them. I love getting a full on cardio workout with no/low impact while strengthening/toning. I’m a multi-tasker! The other day I did one of her newer workouts and I loved it even more – because the intervals were timed instead of counting. And though I know big-picture the workout is timed, the miscounting drives me crazy! I naturally start counting reps in my head, but when AJ jumps back in, it’s always wrong. =) I know, it’s a silly thing. Also want to mention…a couple months ago there were a couple moves I couldn’t do in a workout (one of her other ones), and when I did it the other day, to my great surprise, I did them both!! Strength is definitely increasing. Thank you!

  4. I workout no matter what feeling I think I have I really fake it to make it . A workout in severe pain ,a workout with real pouring rain, a workout just to go to the store then a workout to make the correct nutrition choices while everyone else but me eats wrong

  5. Hi Jacquelyn- I love your video and your careful energetic explanations. I took ballet at 5 and loved it but was so heavy that I don’t think my parents thought to continue me. Well I’m 50 now and want those ballet 🩰 shoes- can’t find them on your description

  6. I like it a lot, but after doing the workout and pause to find another playlist to cool down, don't like it. Would be better if it's all in one video. And also if would be possible to see the watch for how many seconds you have after every exercise would be more motivating
