Today’s Workout:

1 min jump rope – regular bounce
20 – 3 step twists
1 min jump rope – regular bounce
20 jumping lunges
1 min jump rope – regular bounce
20 tricep push ups

*Rest 10 sec between each exercise
*Complete circuit 4x resting 1 min between circuits
