  1. I have not seen these variations, like Rollups combined with Roll-like-a-ball, Flutter Kicks/Reverse Swimming, Tricep Pushups with the knees floating (intense!). Creative and challenging! I LOVED the lunge series. For the Side lunge that goes low (22:38): when I am near the ground, my heel lifts; should I stop at that point, or is it ok to continue to the floor? Thank you!
