  1. I could see the spider even on the small screen of my phone; he was a big guy, and he was moving fast! I’m glad u kept it in: it was real life!

    I have a question about the β€œin-breath, elongate/lengthen the spine in the flexion position” at 23:25. Should I try to straighten my spine at that point, before rolling up? Thank u for any guidance u can provide!

  2. Hi! I just started doing your videos and I am really enjoying them! I like how it puts a lot of emphasis on lengthening and has classic Pilates moves.
