30min Chair yoga for Beginners & Seniors

This is a chair yoga sequence that will stretch your whole body from head to toes. As usual, I will combine some Chinese medicine principles with yoga movement.

  1. This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released awhile ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! I know I've told you before, but chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too! 🥰

  2. I decided to get back into yoga after long break and found my body just not cooperating – my wrists can’t support me and my second hip is acting up (first one replaced and great!). This session was just perfect for me at this time. It’s time to admit my body is aging, I guess! 😉 and find a way to work around or build up strength instead of giving up. I enjoy how you bring in the energy movement along with the physical movement. thanks again!

  4. I started watching it, but the sound was not very good and I had to turn on CC to understand it. But, that doesn't work well with trying to do yoga. If the acoustics (whatever they are) were better, I would watch and subscribe – looks so good.
