  1. Thankfully, I don’t have these conditions; I used this sess as a gentle, recovery day workout. I don’t often do extended breathing: it was relaxing but also challenging to β€˜just’ breathe. The side lying section def. started to burn in the glutes. Thank u!

  2. This is the first exercise video of any kind (including yin yoga) I've been able to do since I learned I had endometriosis. I started this video in pain, but I ended it feeling so much better I could cry! Thank you so much! I'll come back to this video MANY times!
