Dear Miss Mira, this class was excellent… Many of us often worry about the neck being harmed in the movement and I am grateful that you took that into consideration here. You are a good teacher, I appreciate that you pose questions and not give orders, that you allow different staring points, and gently help us to challenge ourselves in a constructive way. Some of the exercises here are still out of my reach but I hope that I will get there, with consistency.
Also chapeau on your English! I am Italian and I know how difficult may be to speak in a different language and to explain as you go, how did you master so many skills? 🙂

Hi mira thankyou so much for posting vedios as per your followers suggestion.. it's great initiative ❤ just I wanted add one small request as I asked for senior pilates , i wanted for my parents and elderly people I know and they have never done any exercises before so it will be pleasure if you do series of 10 to 15 min per day for whole week.. so they can have routine and are not overwhelmed and exhausted … sorry for bothering but if possible please share with us…
Update: I have finished doing 5 day posture program for 5 days and now started with 7 day beginners program I subscribed for it. Today was second and loving this series too… its helping in building slowly and beautifully ❤ loves and blessing
