  1. Wowowow! This was amazing! U r absolutely right: the roller makes some moves harder while others easier. I am definitely going to feel my hamstrings tomorrow. I loved the balance challenge of the section on the roller long-wise. I found the roller helped with Bicycle, Jackknife, that whole section. And the roller really helped me engage my lats, pull my shoulders down in the prone section: thoracic extension is challenging for me, and I found the roller was a great help! Awesome workout; thank u!
