  1. I think this is a great exercise for bouncing off the beginner zone, into the exercise category for moderate (my class) advanced.
    I like the exercises in your presentation Mira, I see in them the ideal combination of demonstrations of exercises and comments on them.
    And your set of exercises …? Excellent for me, I always feel pleasantly tired after them, but at the same time incredibly relaxed and full of positive energy.
