    I know for a fact, that to even start to hope to achieve a long ongoing healthy and good looking body, actually the dream body, starts with the right human diet, and that's when anyone is on a proper whole food plant-based diet, and the more raw and unprocessed, without using loose separate added salts, sugars, oils and fats, the better ! 🌱 💚⚡

    And sure, whatever is the case, everyone understands diet differently, every body is different, or is understood as being different for whatever period of time anyone does that, but the proper diet, is always a plant-based diet, and again, the more raw and unprocessed, without using loose separate added salts, sugars, oils and fats, the better ! 🤗⚡🌱💖

  2. It is also easier to overeat on cooked vs raw foods since there's so much more chewing involved. It takes longer to eat and you feel fuller sooner. That being said some nutrients are better absorbed cooked vs raw. Vitamin A is often enhanced by cooking. Cooking tomatoes increases the bioavailability of lycopene. In truth, we should aim to have a good mix of both. But most people certainly do not eat enough fruits and vegetables much less raw.

  7. I have been eating unprocessed food and a high percentage of raw food for many years. Due to an undiagnose inflammation in my ankle, I saw a Ayurveda doctor and he advised me strongly to stop eating raw food since he diagnosed me as a Vata typ. I am in a delimma now. Any advice?
