  2. Never been a fan of Meadows Row….always felt like an unnecessarily similar movement to what I was already doing with dumbells.

    Flexion rows are on another level when it comes to pump though. I've been doing them quite often after the RP video came out. Extremely humbling 🙂

  4. Tried looking up strongman comps in PA and had no idea you were located in the state! Awesome seeing you compete and lifting with Juji and Martins. Definitely using these workouts to build some strength. Cheers man!
