  1. Tiffany, I've been desperate for an effective workout that targeted my butt because I always seem to end up working only my hamstrings. This workout is BRILLIANT and I cracked up when you mentioned my brain telling me stop, then I pushed through! I can't wait to be sore tomorrow. Thank you! Never stop making workouts, Queen! ❤❤❤

  2. This workout is so good. I have found that using the wall helps me to feel it more than when I use the chair. I used the chair for a while, then switched to the wall. The next day, my entire butt was killing me, and so were the backs of my legs. I'll never stop using this workout!
