Like Jacquelyn's movement but she confused back work with chest unless she didn't mean to say "let's work are chest as she worked her back." I like the idea of the workout. Very relaxed attitude.

Hi Coach Jacquelyn! I am a guy and recently started training when I found your channel! But I could only do manage these exercises with 1 lb dumbbells and had to stop after around the 13 minute mark as my arms just gave up π

Whew this is challenging! I'm using 5lb weights. My favorite workout so far, I love the slow focused movements.
