About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):

Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs – Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

  1. Hi just wanted to let you know I love your workouts! Especially this one and 15 min slim arm and flat abs workout. I have been using them for almost a year now and have noticed a huge difference my over all strength and my shape keep up the good work!!

  2. Like Jacquelyn's movement but she confused back work with chest unless she didn't mean to say "let's work are chest as she worked her back." I like the idea of the workout. Very relaxed attitude.

  3. Such a good burn sesh!!!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Girl, I could feel different parts of my glutes firing up- especially with the knee toe tap move. I felt that one deep!!! These slow and controlled workouts are great for the days I'm struggling to get on the mat!

  6. Hi Coach Jacquelyn! I am a guy and recently started training when I found your channel! But I could only do manage these exercises with 1 lb dumbbells and had to stop after around the 13 minute mark as my arms just gave up 😟
