Full Body Yoga, Mat Pilates and Weighted workout

Join Jennifer Dixon ERYT 500, Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates INstructor for a fun, mixed use workout that combines the benefits of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training in a fast paced Circuit experience that’s gonna get your heart rate up, burn some calories, and of course, build muscle.

In today’s workout, you’ll have the option to use dumbbells, barbell, a resistance band and a magic circle, but if you don’t have all of those, you can substitute many of them based on what you have available.
