Healthy Eggless Mayonnaise | Homemade Mayonnaise recipe

Who doesn’t love mayonnaise? We all do! But did you know how unhealthy the market mayonnaise is (it’s literally all oil!!)? Don’t worry – you don’t have to quit it. Instead, you can easily make your own mayonnaise at home!

This recipe is much healthier and tastier because we have used Peanut milk as base along with coconut oil (you can use olive oil instead, in case you want to refrigerate your mayo – however, it’s more expensive than coconut oil). The fun part is – you can customize this mayo according to your taste, the dish you’re making, or available ingredients.

Try out this recipe and let us know how it turned out!

250ml Peanut Milk
1/2 cup Coconut Oil or 1/2 cup Olive Oil
1-1.5 tbsp ground Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric

1. Add 250ml milk in a blender and 1 cup coconut oil.
2. Blend these ingredients together until the milk and oil emulsify completely.

Pro tip:
Blend them on the lowest setting first and then work your way up to the highest setting.

3. Keep the blended mixture in the freezer for approximately half an hour.
4. After half an hour, add sugar, lemon juice, mustard powder and salt to the mixture.

(You can even use mustard sauce instead of mustard powder)

5. Blend again for 2-4 minutes.

Your mayonnaise is ready!
