How to Make Vegan Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Hemp Seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend or process until you get a ground cheese consistency. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks.

Mmmm. That looks good! I havenβt really tried hemp seeds in recipes, only the milk and I liked that. Going to try this recipe this weekend because I do love the cheesy flavor of nutritional yeast flakes and this looks like a good alternative to parmesan cheese!!π Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the recipe! Do you know if this recipe can be accomplished in a Vitamix E310. I currently do not own a food processor.
Looks good, but I never really was a parm. cheese kinda person. I think the smell killed it for me & I never really could taste it on what I might put it on…. ππ―π
