How to Make Vegan Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Hemp Seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend or process until you get a ground cheese consistency. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks.

  1. Mmmm. That looks good! I haven’t really tried hemp seeds in recipes, only the milk and I liked that. Going to try this recipe this weekend because I do love the cheesy flavor of nutritional yeast flakes and this looks like a good alternative to parmesan cheese!!πŸ˜‹ Thanks for sharing!

  2. Looks good, but I never really was a parm. cheese kinda person. I think the smell killed it for me & I never really could taste it on what I might put it on…. πŸ˜•πŸ˜―πŸ˜•
