I do incline 13 on speed 3.5 for 60-70 minutes and it feels great😁

And she is basically saying there were no results until she started eating less and counting calories.
Well, if you go on a calorie-deficit diet, you will lose weight with or without exercise, no toning of course…but it seems that neither is this routine.
I thought this exercise would build at least some legs and butt muscles but it seems it does not.
I did it this morning and it is not particularly hard, just boring with no change in speed. I may do it again tomorrow morning but I think adding in speed changes say 3-5/6 is better.

My niece and I have been doing this since 12/5 and I’ve already lost 15 lbs. no cap. It’s an amazing workout.
Man, I did this before it was a trend, back in 2005, and my butt is still so high, it almost looks unnatural. Friends call me duckies 🐤 😂.

I started last night. I had to start at 10incline but lowered it to 8incline at 2.5 speed. Gonna work up to 12 incline. I felt it this morning lol
