  1. I love this! I’ve been looking for a treadmill that can incline up to 12 but it’s so hard to find one that’s not a professional expensive gym one, where did you get yours? You look amazing btw

    And she is basically saying there were no results until she started eating less and counting calories.

    Well, if you go on a calorie-deficit diet, you will lose weight with or without exercise, no toning of course…but it seems that neither is this routine.

    I thought this exercise would build at least some legs and butt muscles but it seems it does not.

  3. I did it this morning and it is not particularly hard, just boring with no change in speed. I may do it again tomorrow morning but I think adding in speed changes say 3-5/6 is better.

  4. this sweet tooth healthy dessert SAVED my life, its only two ingredients, you can freeze it or eat it on the spot like me

    -one banana (sliced)
    -1/2 cup or dark chocolate chips
    BEST snack/dessert
