Once the 7th chakra is open, you will know what natural thoughtless awareness is and realize that you are the witness. The danger you hear about is people trying to play with sexual energies or non-authorized supposed "Gurus". 19. I have lived with highly active Kundalini energy for 40 years. I am 70 years old. I never attempted to become Enlightened. It happened because I changed my lifestyle. I developed my character. Since my physical vehicle is now 70, I notice when I am in bed in the early morning hours my body is highly vibrating. I am monitoring the condition. I know that as we expand our awareness that most others will not have to go through what I am going through because as a race we will expand slowly in our awareness. As we know the awakened energy is what expands awareness. Our physical vehicles are slowly accommodating the sacred energy.

20. one time i practiced a lot of meditation and i am certainly sure that i had some kind of kundalini syndrome, it changed my life completely,
    and i can tell it is true that you open other dimensions, i had paranormal things happen often,

    things falling down in my apartment, teleporting uncontrolled myself while traveling from A to B;
    one time i did an exercise some voice told me to do, that it will make go away of the inner stressful tension i once had, i did it and in an instant it was at 0, like taking heavy drugs that whole thing scared the shit out of me.
    some contents in movies and online videos, were strangely close connected to my current mind and past events;

    loosing keys to my apartment led me to break myself in … .
    loosing and giving and throwing away all the stuff i had , panic attack, mental breakdown …

    apart of that i had healthy diet and exercised a lot, lost 40KG, was at my optimal weight,also for the first time in my adulthood quit nicotine addiction

30. I would have appreciated talking with Sadhuguru when out of the blue and with no preparations , not even knowledge of kundalini, I had an explosive kundalini awakening in 2001! I am American born in the south what is considered to be the "Bible belt" Christians who do not believe in what they consider new age stuff! I can personally attest to what happens without preparation and how dangerous it is! The power that is unleashed within is overwhelming and indeed, my mind could not bundle it! Emotionally intense to cause both mental and emotional breakdown! Fortunately for me,there was an Intelligence that ended up guiding me and kept me from harm as I went through this profound experience. Led to books by this Intelligence as well as correct food and vitamins I began an awesome journey into the unknown. Very slowly I began to recover but would not wish this anyone who is unprepared…..namaste!

35. Give your life to Jesus he is the only true spiritual way. Kundalini Yoga opens you up to demonic forces. If you go through with a "kundalini Awakening" you will have a serpent spirit coiled up your spine and accessing your frontal lobe and giving you false spiritual expereinces. You will be on a constant roller coaster ride of extreme elation and depressive lows. You will eventually lose your mind as you become more and more possessed by this spirit. You will never find any peace or resolution. The only way to true spiritual fulfillment is by being reconciled back to God, by accepting Jesus Christ's sacrifice for you. You must be born again to see the kingdom of heaven. That is for here on earth, and for when you pass into eternity. You can also be set free from this demonic spirit by asking Jesus to Heal and deliver you. His name has all spiritual authority in the spirit realm.

Reading all the comments I think I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening and only by guidance from source I discovered videos on the subject and looking back on the past 6 months I feel with high level of certainty that’s what’s been happening. I did daily yoga practice to regulate anxiety following a traumatic relationship situation. I lost everyone and I was powerless to do anything to stop it. Drifted from place to place. Had serious psychic attacks. Strange audiovisual experiences. Darkness was after me. Only doing daily cold water dips saved me and through it I became very connected to source. I can’t engage in ‘normal’ things. Just can’t. I’m driven to go to the mountains now. Like source is giving me no other option. I also get messages as to what my mission is what I have to do for the collective. I’m having more clarity now and going with the flow. Source is holding my hand and I’m his faithful child. He is my Heavenly Father 🙏🏻👁️
