Hello Mira, each time I rotate the legs together in T position, all my body go forward on the mat, did my position is not proper ?

Nice, long ab section: the burn got intense! I appreciated the cue in the dropped elbow/circle leg section to protect the lower back: "make sure not to sink in the lower spine." I like that move: what is it called? Thank you for a great sess!
