  3. I loved Single Leg Bicycle on the back: it felt wonderful in the hip and leg. The Wide Frog stretch was intense, and the cue to 'settle the pelvis down' helped even more. The cue to 'recruit the pelvic floor' during that move in mermaid was so helpful. This sess was a great challenge, and so many amazing cues: thank you!
