POSTURE CORRECTION WORKOUT



PART 1 – IMPROVING POSTURE EXERCISES – LOOK 10 POUNDS THINNER

In this video I show you a ten-minute posture workout that will truly improve your posture as you age. About a month ago I posted a video about the first eight weeks of my weight workouts. In that video I mentioned that I had shoulder pain, and one comment was from Donna Gambino, a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. In Donna’s comment she mentioned that one reason for my shoulder pain may be that my posture was slightly hunched. After her comment, Donna and I started emailing each other about it, and she provided me with the great posture workout that is included in this video.

In preparation for this video, I interviewed Donna on Zoom and her interview was so fascinating that, in addition to showing you the posture exercises in this video, I am posting a second part to this video which contains our entire discussion.   7. Beth, my dream would be for you to put a whole video together of your favourite workouts (w/o the explanation), weight lifting and posture correction plus any cardio you do. I'm ok if it lasts an hour lol… love these so much.

  8. The best and the only way to get your balance in check is mini trampoline. And also good for every cellular part of your body. You can make some research on it. Trampoline is all fitness's together and the best part is that it is fun.
