I loved it! The band makes some of the moves easier: e.g. using it eases the discomfort in my hip flexor during Leg Circle (from bringing the leg to 90•). And it makes some moves harder e.g. using the band while pumping in the Hundreds. I used only my long green band this time, but next time I will bring out other props I have, like my mini-band (for Clams) and my no-roll band for Forward-Up-Down-Back. Thank u!
