Roasted Smashed Brussels Sprouts – #shorts

These Brussel Sprouts are crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. Easy and tasty to make:

Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan

Parboil brussels sprouts in salted water. Take out when tender and can be pierced with a knife. Mix with Olive oil and Salt. Lay out on a baking sheet. Smash them with a flat bottom object. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan and Bake at 425F/220C for 20-25 minutes. Ready when edges are browned and crispy

  1. love the smashing, great way to relieve stress! i'd recommend changing to avocado oil for any roasting as olive oil can denature around 400F. I do a 2 minute video about it if you're curious. 🙂
