  3. GREAT workout, but an IMPORTANT THING YOU SHOULD KNOW!
    Ab crack is mostly caused by genetics. I know this, because I have one, starting in the middle just below my breast, stopping around middle of my stomach. And let me tell you, I'm NOT a fitness beauty in any aspect of the word. Truth be told, I have a couple tummy rolls every time I sit down, my belly jiggles when you pat it. The rest of my ab muscles are hidden deep away from the prying eyes. That being said, it's safe to say don't be discouraged if you can't pull an ab crack out on your tummy no matter how hard you train. Your muscles are just shaped differently and your belly can look great with or without a damn canyon on your meaty treasure map.

  5. LINEA ALBA(ab crack)is mostly genetic,unfortunately. So are how many "cans" you have. Want to test,with your own fingers, what your actual potential is? Go to ATHLEANX and put in ab test.
