What a Nutritionist & Athlete Eats in a Day | Renewal Fit Coach

Everyone’s diet will look different, but sometimes it’s helpful to see what others do for ideas, reference, and inspiration. This is a pretty typical day for me as a nutritionist, triathlete, fitness trainer, and someone who has lost weight and kept it off. Some days dinner includes a salad or more veggies, and snacks may be larger.
